Roku is a streaming device that lets you stream shows, movies and music straight to your TV. You will need to plug it into your TV's HDMI output and power outlet, connect to internet and get a Roku account set up.
Unfortunately, you cannot use a VPN directly on your Roku TV, however, you could use it through your router or Windows/Apple laptop.
